Returns:
All sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns on any of our vintage or second hand items, all sales are final, and all items are sold as is. Please be sure to measure and ask any questions you might have. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase! We aim to sell vintage in the best condition possible. Vintage pieces often show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. We do our very best to check over and describe the condition of pieces to the best of our ability. The condition of each individual item may vary and sold as is.
Shipping & Delivery:
We are happy to get quotes with delivery services within the Chicago & Dallas areas. Delivery costs are not included in furniture purchases. We are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies who are affordable and insured. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Pay for delivery at time of delivery to the company directly.
If you are ordering oversized items such as furniture, please get a customized shipping quote before you purchase. For us to get you a shipping quote we will need the full shipping address and phone number, and the item you are requesting shipment for!

Ship items at your own risk. Items will be insured with shipping carriers, and is the buyers responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. For international orders it is the buyers responsibility to track the order and follow shipping instructions. We can not refund lost or damaged International orders.
Pick Up:
Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, all requests must be coordinated with Amo Domūs and approved. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. We suggest a blanket or wrap for pick-ups on furniture or large fragile items. We do not wrap or package oversized furniture. Please bring help if you choose to pick up oversized furniture. Items left here after 30 days are considered abandoned property. We can not store your purchases for more than 14 days.
